EXCHANGES / RETURNS

As of right now, I am offering exchanges to local clients only, who have ordered the wrong size for their pet. I will eventually have this option for out-of-town online shoppers, but I need to set up a proper system.

I will not accept returns at this time. Please message me if there is an issue with your bandana and we can resolve the problem.

If you are local and have bought a bandana from me either via pick - up, shipping or from a market, I will happily exchange your bandana for the correct size. I will also refund the cost differential if there is one.

NOTE: To ensure you won't have to return / exchange your bandana, please measure your pets neck and add AT LEAST 1.5 inches, or measure the circumferance of an existing bandana you may have in your possession.
